We'll tell you honestly which plan fits your business and what we'd build first. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so.

Build Week

We build the system. Depending on your plan this includes: setting up the AI receptionist with your business information, configuring the call flows and qualification questions, connecting your calendar, setting up the booking CRM, building the automation sequences.

For Growth System clients, this also includes the website and SEO groundwork in a parallel stream.

Review & Go Live

Before we flip the switch, you test everything. Call the number, go through a booking, trigger a follow-up. Tell us what to change — the wording, the questions it asks, the booking window it offers. We update it.

When you're happy, it goes live. From that point the AI answers every call, captures every lead, and runs the automations.

Managed Monthly

After go-live, we monitor the system, handle updates, and report back to you monthly on what it's doing — calls handled, leads captured, bookings made, reviews generated.
